CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING [BY BOOKING ONLINE YOU ARE AGREE TO MY POLICIES BELOW] A $40 NON -REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for Lash and Brow services are required when booking. (Remaining balance is paid at the end of the service) NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand things happen however you are required to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so you must pay 50% of the service fee. If you refuse you will be banned from booking with us again. LATE POLICY: 15 min grace period. After 15 mins & up your appointment will be canceled and new deposit for reschedule will be required. Please arrive to your appointment on time, NO extra guest. Absolutely NO eye makeup. Arrive with clean eyelashes. REFILLS POLICY: (Refills should be booked 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment) Refill- must have 40%-50% of lash extensions anything less of 40% will be consider a full set. Anything after 3 weeks will be consider full set.
